在偶然的機會下喝到這支阿根廷酒，大為驚豔。但是偏尋紅酒專賣店，卻找不到它的蹤跡。後來輾轉找到這支酒的進口商，問他都鋪貨到什麼地點。電話裡的這位老兄居然說：「這支酒進的不多，我要留下來自己喝，所以沒有給零售商。」真的有點KUSO。就像服飾店的老闆說這一季的衣服他要留下來自己穿一樣。經過我曉以大義，他願意賣給我兩箱。一箱馬貝克，一箱蘇維翁。每支1,600元。我真的是第一次喝到這麼好喝的阿根廷酒，也真的是第一次求人賣酒給我！上網查了一下。WS給這支酒90分，美國的網站賣$40美金左右。考慮到進口稅和運費，我買的算是非常超值。這支馬貝克有開瓶香。底層香氣中揉和了雪茄菸盒，黑色漿果和烤杏仁的氣味。醒酒1 hr.之後單寧順滑，口感飽滿細緻，酒體厚實且有層次感。他的蘇維翁充滿了奶油香氣，表現也是不凡。兩箱酒(每箱6瓶)到手不過一星期，已經喝得只剩4瓶了。看來過不了幾天，我又得再打電話找那位奇怪的酒商。

過年前開了一支 Cadus Malbec 和目前參與專案的同事一同分享,

兩位同事被其繁複/深層的口感深深吸引, Napa Style 的回甜味真的是很令人驚艷.

柔順的口感真的是很令人讚嘆!

有個好消息, 2004 Cadus Malbec 被 RP 評為 92 分.

沒想到 CADUS 2008 屢得大獎.

大家還記得馬貝克品酒會 Trapiche 吧? (當日 PK 盟主, 榮獲 2005 阿根廷紅酒大賽金牌賞)

2008 被 CADUS 奪下.

The 2004 Cadus Malbec spent two years in new French oak. Opaque purple-colored, it has an impressive bouquet of pain grille, spice box, mineral, blueberry, and blackberry. Full-bodied on the palate, it has layers of savory flavor, ripe tannin, and a pure finish. Give it 3-5 years of additional cellaring and drink it from 2012 to 2025. -Robert Parker

An opulent, exotic style, with loads of fig, spice cake, Turkish coffee and boysenberry confiture notes supported by hints of bittersweet cocoa and graphite (ps: 就是我之前說的甜苦味). The long, dark finish has solid grip. Drink now through 2012. -Wine Spectator

Saturated ruby. Slightly high-toned aromas of blackberry, licorice and menthol. The black fruit and violet flavors are lush and silky but at the same time well-delineated and energetic. Ultimately quite young and firm, finishing with substantial dusty tannins and notes of violet and bitter chocolate. Structured and in need of patience. -Stephen Tanzer
