80%的酒陳醇於法國與美國橡木桶約6至10個月，裝瓶前未經過澄清或冷安定處理，保留其原有風味。
建議搭配：羊排、羊腿、牛舌、燒烤紅肉、濃味蔬菜燉肉、烤青魚、中國料理、BBQ燒烤、辛辣料理或義大利麵。
品飲記錄： 深艷紅色，碳烤紅椒、木莓、黑莓、梅乾、煙草及摩卡風味，口感如天鵝絨般香醇結構與柔軟極具誘惑的單寧，終感完整。
