順便提一下~
關於 CAYMUS Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Special Selection 1997 的部分, 前年小馬喝的時候, 感覺他的酒體跟單寧還是非常的強勁, 深深的醬果味, 青草味帶著微微但明顯的薄荷味, 辛香料的味道也很重, 反倒是皮革以及菸草的味道不明顯, 當時約喝了四小時左右.. 總的來說, 應該至少還可以繼續存放至少三到五個年頭. 可惜小馬留不住酒, 已經無酒可試了...或許大大有喝時, 再跟大家分享一下吧~ 麻煩你囉~
