這支前幾天才開來喝 (2004, 也是去年 以幾百元 購自大潤發, 已經放在 大同紅酒冰箱 over 6 months, 品質應該是穩定)
空瓶應該還沒丟掉... 若需要我可以貼圖.
感想:
沒錯, 淡淡的桶味主導. 沒有波爾多該有的華麗青春肉體感. 香氣普普, 有獨特青草味/礦石味, 但又不夠有特色,相對較無層次.
優點是喝不完之後可以放在冰箱兩天, 隔天續喝不會有痛苦的單寧酸味, 不過第三天就不行了.
結論: 可不買. 我冰箱還有一支, 可以拿 Pay La Tour 2005 跟我換. :)
ps: 目前喝過桶味最強 但不失平衡的仍是謝老闆的 Cadus. 每次空腹喝一定會 Orz...

如果真要選 La Tour Carnet, 我寧可選優異年份的 2005, 而不會選 大潤發的 2004.
原因是個人喝過不少大潤發的紅酒, 品質已經 "傷到", 不適合陳年了.
舉個例子, 今年開了一瓶阿婆雞, 瓶塞已經出現兩條狹長型裂縫.
可以想像得到, 這酒再放個一年應該就毀了.
今年 還有開了一瓶 David 2005, 拜託, 真的失去了當初上市時剛買來喝, 那種純真少女的愉悅氣息.(上述幾瓶酒都是放在大同酒櫃中喔)
若能買到專業酒商代理進口的 2005 La Tour Carnet, 陳年起來會比較放心.
