好像有點樂觀.........雖然我相信最壞也許就是現在...
今天破了紀錄..這一年來南雅酒販.星期5營業額最低的紀錄就是今天.不到兩萬元的營收..而且今天這營業額香菸的交易比重偏高.竟然超過兩成..
唉...如果繼續如此..必垮無疑..
今天這星期五的南雅夜市..逛街人數少的可憐..才10點多而已.就冷冷清清..隔壁左邊的好樂迪KTV更慘..包廂空了一半跑不掉...
我隔壁的玩偶店..在半個月前收了..今天.下午隔壁店面.有人來看店面..在仲介的介紹下..租出去了.房租竟然還上升了1萬..有沒有搞錯..是仲介賺走了差價.還是房東自己漲價..不解..隔壁要開飲料店..實在很勇敢..右邊隔壁棟的飲料店.只做了一個月就收了.而對面那一排最少有3家以上飲料茶店..右邊隔壁30公尺.也有一家低價位的茶店......現在.飛蛾撲火.來了一家要開在我隔壁..實在替他擔心..
最糟的時機.依然有人危機入市..只是..如果他說的不假..那他租貴了..
紅酒指數..真的有上漲嗎..是止跌了我相信..但是..能上漲多少...這個時期.我看漲幅很有限...
我最近3個多月來..老外客人全部消失..證明國外狀況比台灣慘的多...
我覺得還得觀察2到3個月..

我也住附近. 您說的狀況我也有感覺到.
週五晚的南雅夜市, 只要天氣好的話, 應該是要磨肩擦踵的..
好樂迪門口更是擠滿排等包廂的紅男綠女
火鍋店常常也是一位難求..
但是現在都有點不一樣了!
不過樂觀點總是好的
每天早上起床都帶著希望, 日子才會快樂!

過年前才開始跟內人一起品嘗威士忌
也到 貴寶號選購了幾瓶
喝的慢, 但也快喝完了

紅酒指數 = wine auction index. If you are speaking of the index tracking by Wine Spectator, below is their methodology. Tracking wines from four regions totaling 32 labels of selected vintages.
With the 1st quarter of 2009 ending, it would be interesting to see where the Wine Spectator's auctoin index reports. However, what we are seeing in our own auctions is that prices is close to bottom, but they are not likely to head back up more than 10 - 20% anytime soon.
