加拿大買酒小問題??

我對 冰酒沒研究與興趣, 雖然我曾移民加拿大5年....對葡萄牙的Port 倒是很有興趣

但...在加拿大買...認定VQA 標籤...您一定不會受騙

In Canada, all wines and liquors are sold through state controlled stores.  To the best of my knowledge, the prices are standardized at all locations.  Here is the official website, take a look and see if you find what you are looking for.

其實加拿大冰酒算是比較甜膩的，買個一支兩支來喝看看是不錯，但也不用期待太高

如果真要買冰酒，可以考慮買氣泡型冰酒，算是比較特殊的(台灣也有啦，不過能見度低)

價錢通常在50~80加幣左右，當然也有更貴的

如果要去溫哥華買，請到39街和Cambi街交叉口的那家店，全BC省最大的專賣店

至於機場，也是有啦，不過可選的就少些

Due to the standardlized price which the LDB - Liquor Distributor Board control in Canada. You do find the price is higher than what you expect. For sure, its expensive bottle you couldn't possibly afford, and plus, within recent trend going on around in Vancouver, the main topic is all based on Okaragan wines~

打國語好了 Anyways, 在 加拿大買酒就比較麻煩 千萬千萬千萬不要去 Beer & wine liquor store, Liquor depot ,or any shits that has a weird name. 總知只要知道要去的地方是 BC Liquor store ( BC 省)  在這你會發現到價錢會比其他間便宜來的多 畢竟那些下游是從 LDB 來的 (感覺到有必要嘛) , 其實那些都是開到很晚 而BC Liquor store 關的比較早 為了賺那差價
或許因為市場在炒著當地的 Okaranagan wines, 酒廠積極地開始釀造 prestige Bordeaux / U.S blend style. 價錢反而開始澎賬的特別高 也當然並不是LDB他們可以決定價錢的 (畢竟小酒廠一年才釀製 幾百桶 哪夠 LDB 收購) . 之前有貼過一篇有提到 LDB 要收購一間酒廠必須至少要 500~1000箱 就一間酒廠 也當然 Okaragan的小酒廠無法負荷 除了 當地有名的酒廠

你要買冰酒 有很多種 要好喝的也有~~~很多 我店裡選擇不多 只要有台灣人近來我店 都是叫他們去 BC liquor store 購買  畢竟有便宜到 20%

你可選擇 Missionhill - SLC Riesling ,  (強烈推薦 但這瓶要 75~85$) 當時去wine tasting 我把它整瓶喝掉 雖然我是屬於 red carnivorous
                                                                     (這瓶我也有收購幾瓶在我的 wine cellar, 之前3~4年前喝過一次 跟最近也喝過一次的 香味 大致上我倒覺得 真的有差 - Amber gold color that shows a golden velvety aroma and structured balance and fruitiness passing through your finish.
(有些自己翻吧 不好意思 我解析一瓶的味道不會用國語)

                Missionhill Private Reserve Icewine,

                Gehringer Riesling , 

               Graymonk - Late harvest,

               Sumac Ridge - Pinot Noir icewine (在sumac ridge 找紅色的冰酒 味道比 chardonnay and/or riesling 味道要好的多)

               Summerhill - Elfeneser 甜酒 或著 Elfhenser Late harvest ,  OR Chardonnay

               Sonoran - Lightmoon Riseling (這間小酒廠有去過 很喜歡他們的 Terroir 很漂亮 釀製出一系列的 icewine 甜美清香 簡單)

以上這些我大致上提出幾隻好喝的 也當然你看到其他的就不需要買了

千萬別被包裝影響到!!!!! icewine 最愛打出這招 ~

恩 的確 亞洲真的昰沒有北美紅酒的市場~ A prestige wine that has just been wasted without a fully wide AD broadcast going on around the media. Sigh, I do have to say , please please, give North American's wine a chance to make everyone know Canada wine and California wine ain't that bad. There's a huge marketing going on inside, though the medias has only based on FRENCH FRENCH FRENCH~ Oh come on~~ give them a break~
