Silver Medal - Decanter World Wine Awards 2008 From 30 year old vines. A full but finely structured wine with a pure dark berry fruit character, good acidity and lovely richness and depth on the palate. Barrel aged (40% new oak) for 10 months then gently filtered but not fined prior to bottling.

Buttery, full, lactic. Good weight of fruit and nice crisp acidity; lemony and crisp flavours. Good length. Elegant and stylish.
