值得買的勃根地

新的酒商這幾年冒出好幾家

不過成員似乎都是葡萄酒的那圈圈老業務主管

 

沒錯,這代表葡萄酒消費者時代來臨,銷售紅酒的利潤不只波爾多變薄,其它產區也將跟進,網路使價格的透明行與資訊的流通愈快,v

消費者透過網路集結成強大的買方去談判價格,未來銷售通路扁平化很難避免.

一些規模大的酒商，目前最大的問題，應該是如何減輕庫存的壓力。

前陣子法國Grand Cru的價格炒太高，大酒商為了繼續經營，也不得不繼續跟法國進貨。結果過去高成本進的貨，現在售價因景氣關係，全部down了下來。

動輒數千萬、上億的庫存，如果景氣短期內還回不來，那麼面對未來的營運壓力之大，可想而知！

這年頭，各行各業都很辛苦，只能在此給好的酒商們加加油了∼（K大是大戶，則可以逢低多多買進）

陳新民寫的百大紅酒之一,又是Ponsot 的代表園,怎能不擁有,這價格已低於三年前我買它２００４的Clos Saint Denis價格，我覺得合理。

Producer note: As is his usual practice, Laurent Ponsot was one of the last growers to begin picking reporting that he began on "September 29th. We had some oidium but really not too much as we treated often and I have an extremely competent team. We did do some sorting but it was really only because of the hail, not for rot. We had yields in the 30 hl/ha range, which is higher than usual for us but low for the vintage. As is my custom, I rarely taste the wines for the first 6 months after they go into barrel and when I did, I was shocked as I found them better than the '02s were at the same point in time. I have fallen in love with this vintage as it's both very pinot and très terroir. The malos were very long and slow and I have not racked them since the malos finished as I want the wines to feed off the fine lees." Ponsot's 04's are among the stars of the vintage as he has crafted an extremely strong set of wines and while one expects the Clos de la Roche and Clos St. Denis to be outstanding, this is perhaps the best Chapelle I have seen in many vintages. As to the domaine's '03s, several of them have turned out better than I originally previewed, in particular the Griotte, which is flat out terrific. (Vineyard Brands, Birmingham, AL and Atherton Wine Imports, Atherton, CA; Morris & Verdin, Goedhuis & Co., Ballantynes, Lay and Wheeler and Rare & Fine Wine Co., all UK).
 

Tasting note: In contrast to the aromatic expressiveness of the Chapelle and CSD, this is completely backward and even intense swirling coaxes only the most reluctant hints of stunningly complex earthy red and black pinot fruit aromas but that are completely in keeping with the brooding, intense and jaw droppingly powerful and concentrated, chewy and deep flavors that possess a finish seemingly without end. Like its stable mates, this is an exceptionally serious wine of immense depth and one that will also age for an exceptionally long time.

上述是大X最近寄給我的預售報價,我不覺得2006比2004好,分數又差不多,但價格差很多.

大亞這個價格是已經貴賓折扣後的貴賓價嗎？

K大應該是大亞的VIP

很多很多年前認識一個朋友，大亞給他的折扣非常好，所以看牌價可能會有點失真啊∼

大亞其實對於國內葡萄酒市場推廣，有著大功勞

殊不見，目前有多少酒商老闆，曾在大亞工作過的？

當然，在大亞工作也有為難的一面∼但在大亞工作的實戰經驗（頻繁參與品酒餐會與品酒會、與林董豐富品酒經歷的調教），也是難能可貴的經驗吧？

 

你可能不了解,大亞預售價是完全沒有折扣.

為何很多酒商是從大亞員工出來?甚至很優秀的員工?其實台灣大亞的酒很多是跟美國亞瑟頓進的酒,而此公司的老板是林淑明跟她老公,而台灣公司是大同子公司,所以其酒價偏高不言可喻.

大亞的報價是比較貴啦!

但就如同J大先前提的,如果是要放比較久的酒, 大亞的品質比較令人放心...

不知道K大向現在特惠價的這家酒專購酒的經驗如何?可否分享一下.

下面這兩支,我會很有興趣:

Clos St.-Denis Très Vieilles-Vignes 及 Chambertin

因為PONSOT在這兩個頂級園的面積都不大,其中CSD的葡萄樹是超過百年的極老藤,產量更是稀少,

不過這兩支酒不容易單買到,大部份都要整個parcel買...

 

 

廠商賺合理利潤天經地義,但利潤進自己口袋而偏高的售價由消費者承擔就有失公允,我雖是大亞長期VIP,折扣比我多的人恐怕不多,若不是偏愛勃根地的酒怎會被它掐住脖子,不過其它廠商都開始注意大亞高利潤的這塊,消費者有福了,品酒網上尚有許多新手,我希望大家不要買到不合理價格的酒.

是的，林董的夫婿才是葡萄酒的大行家。林董會在台灣從事葡萄酒的事業，因素自然是起源於這。

至於大亞資深員工工作的辛苦面與收穫面，這就只能說是每個老“大亞人”各自“如人飲水”了∼

 

這家新的酒專也是從大亞出來,大亞酒的品質是業界公認最好的,關鍵是恆溫櫃運送,另外是日常低溫的保存,大亞的老板是真的懂酒也愛酒,難怪其品質最穩定,但這些成本攤提到酒價其實有限,現在紅酒界不像十餘年前,大家都會學習大亞的優點,其實購買新酒不太需要擔心,如買老酒就要很小心,當然國內有幾家酒商是公認保存有問題的,這只適合私下聊.

Clos Saint Denis 這幾年我都有買，國內ponsot的主要供應商是誠品，你可以去問問看，當初跟誠品購買２００５年Clos de La Roche 的預售價才NT$7,200，我覺得酒價不合理就不買，反正不景氣你可以請酒商幫你國外找酒，以前很難買到的G. Rounier的愛侶園，每次都要在大亞跟人家搶一兩瓶，現在一次就可以買到十瓶，真的不急。

Winesearch 只是參考，我早看過，新出來的酒分數都會偏高，2004 跟2006 t差不多，age大要買貴的？
