MASIA PUBILL RESERVA 2007/瑪西雅陳釀
TASTING NOTES Persistent deep red cherry colour. Aroma of ripe red fruit and marmalade, with leather notes. Potent and balanced in the mouth, with well integrated fine wood tannins.
深櫻桃紅動人色澤帶有成熟紅果醬的濃郁果香,強烈厚實的口感於味覺中顯現出層次的變化,歷經27個月橡木桶桶陳後,再經過12個月裝瓶瓶陳下,帶出了細緻的木質單寧,是一支非常值得細細品味的佳釀!
RECOMMENDATIONS Recommended serving temperature between 15 and 17ºC. Ideal for serving with white meats, patés and cured cheeses.
建議飲用溫度15~17ºC,適合搭配白肉、重乳酪、燉煮料理、烤魚與義大利麵條…等料理,飲用前30分鐘開瓶,風味更佳。
