Overall, the ripeness and the acidity balance of the grapes were sensational. For us, the only drawback was the fact that there was no Botrytis. We tried very hard for Beerenauslese and Trockenbeerenauslese, but we only made small batches of "Goldcapsule" Auslese and one small lot of Trockenbeeren- auslese, that was harvested from November 3rd to 5th.The average yield per picker per day was about 1/2 bottle
1997 的TBA到底生產了多少瓶 我也沒問 依文字看來應該是比通常年份的兩三百瓶要來的少一些吧 ~
