哇! 我是不是眼花了 !!!!!

我喝過了這些酒之後，還是看不懂，也喝不太懂，所以只好流落大潤發去廝混。

有 T大這麼好的榜樣示範, 大家就不需要去懂了, 但還是可以去喝, 等 T大辦品酒會或嫁女兒娶媳婦的時候.....

各位大大!P9網上已經很久沒有看到這麼正向專業討論的文章了!大多數都是賣酒的PO文，Kenny, PAVA, Thomas及文章起頭的牛大都是我眼中超專業的酒界前輩，論點我個人也都認同，喝酒是件開心的是，只要不要造成自身負擔(身體/心裡/荷包)即可，不同的觀點沒有是非的問題，我個人的經驗與感受告訴我，一支好酒(大多數是貴的酒)遠不及一支適飲期的酒好喝，我有幸有機會可以跟一些品酒先進一同飲酒，從中吸取大家的經驗，常遇到的情形就是開了一兩瓶很好的酒，可能因為還不到適飲期，所有人都一致同意這是很優的酒，但覺得N年之後一定會更好喝，每次都只喝到這些好酒的"未來"，有點不符合我個人活在當下的邏輯。反之，我最近喝了許多一般年份的頂級園，經過10多年以上的貯存後(酒商)，一開瓶後聞到的香味，我就知道是我要的了!從香味到口感味道，無不讓我感動萬分，也深深讓我感到自己藏酒中屆適飲的真的太少了。當然我個人觀點，以分數來代表真正喝到的表現，好的釀酒師，因為人定勝天，在一個普通年份，普通地塊，可能可以幫這支酒加2分，如遇到好地塊，可能又會加2分，遇到好年份又加2分，但在不同地塊特性與釀酒師風格間，以100分為滿分來打分數，打分數的人本身的標準原本就有爭議的地方。我個人最終覺得，釀酒師跟地塊都真的很重要，自己沒有智慧去分出哪一個比較重要，但我會用最終他們所釀出的酒來決定我的選擇。

喝酒喝多就有自己的經驗值,很貴很難得的酒或許CP值不夠,真的量力就好,喝酒要等到它顛蜂真需要時間,沒喝到好喝不代表它不好喝,喝酒喝很多年,碰到太多自以為的專家,我還沒到那地步也不可能到那地步,但我找到自己喜歡的酒也願意等它成熟.

同意!沒喝到不代表不好喝，我喝過的酒還太少，希望有機會多多增加好的經驗值。
