適合朋友聚餐一次喝光.之前是用比價和分數來推薦,我喝過之後覺得賣758元剛好而已,並沒有
物超所值的感覺.而且我在活動之前買所以也沒有拿到抽真空瓶塞的贈品.
倒是植鉌貿易買的那隻dow`s的年份波特,我看了以後也忍痛下手以特價3199買了一瓶.
事後上網查還真是買對了.國際間好評不斷ws分數高達99分,2011的道斯年份波特似乎滋味更豐富,
而且國內各大酒專賣這隻酒都賣到4000以上,目前就已經跟酒專賣的有一大段價差了,買了肯定增值不過適飲期要到2023年還早就是了.你看你那還有沒有這隻葡萄牙道斯酒廠的年份波特2011可以買來收藏.
我這邊的賣場dow`s vintage port 2011也是被掃光了.
另外我再推薦一隻甜白酒.目錄20-05的傑樂托慕斯卡多微甜白酒,這瓶酒不便宜833元,但冰涼後喝起來有蜂蜜滋味且還真的有荔枝的果香,層次分明在口中一秒的時間內,就透出兩三種層次滋味出來,好喝屬於我會想再買來喝的一款酒,想喝好的甜白這隻倒是可以買來試試看.記得這隻要冰涼後喝,保存也要低溫保存,
溫度太高它的味道可能都已經同時揮發出來了,就喝不出層次了.

@@居然誤會一場,難怪喝起來不覺得有94分.
不好意思查的時候沒看清楚,還好有酒友細心發現我的錯誤,多謝告知了.也解我的疑惑,還想說
james halliday是不是因為自己是澳洲葡萄酒作家及評論家,所以給澳洲的葡萄酒會給比較高分?
原來94分的不是這一瓶@@.

簡單說酒莊覺得2010年Clare Valley的品質比較好，所以該年份都用Clare Valley!
酒莊給的tasting note: Region Clare Valley, South Australia Colour Dark beetroot Aroma The wine shows lifted Blackberry and mulberry fruit with hints of vanilla and chocolate. Palate The full bodied palate has black fruits at the fore with vanilla bean and some pepper spice in the back ground. The wine has great persistence with a rich, yet smooth velvety tannin finish and will develop in the bottle for the next 10 years. Food Matched perfectly with red meat dishes such as glazed beef short ribs. Notes The Shortlist range is a selection of multi-award winning wines that represent the unique flavour and character of each varietal as well as the influence of the terroir on the wine. Each bottle is carefully nurtured and individually numbered.
The wine was sourced from fruit off a single Vineyard on the outskirts of Auburn in the southern end of the Clare Valley. It is this area that is famous for rich, concentrated red wine production.
The fruit was processed in small static fermenters and aged in American oak Hogsheads for 14 months.

應該說2010年份Barossa Valley 和 clare valley 都有釀製。 因為10年份clare valley 品質不錯因此獨立出來釀製。 不過感謝Reed大寫信詢問酒莊，連品飲note都有了。
