J大，2001是我在預購時買，價格最低時都要NT$7,500，現在375CC要價在NT$18,000-NT$20,000，真的還好，我預購零五波爾多，現在還沒拿到手，漲超過一倍都多很多。

2005 BT Floral, lemon, apple and cream with dried pineapple and apricot. Full-bodied, but very focused and refined. It starts slowly and then, wham! It goes on and on. Spicy, dried fruits and spices. Full-bodied, medium-sweet. So long and exciting. It is very close to 2001. We will see. Score range: 95-100 (JS) 2004 BT Wonderful aromas of pineapple, apple and lemon, with loads of botrytis. Full-bodied, but very refined, superfresh and racy. Goes on and on. Fabulous. Incredible purity and brightness. Like a perfectly cut diamond. Pierre Lurton, the manager of Yquem as well as Cheval-Blanc, really wanted to mark his arrival at the legendary estate, so he went to draconian lengths to deliver something superb in 2004. (He reduced the crop by half, so probably fewer than 75,000 bottles will be produced). Score range: 95-100 (JS) 2003 98 Subtle and racy, with lemon rind, vanilla cream and dried pineapple. Very spicy and intense. Full-bodied, with great length and flavor. Electrified yet refined, with medium sweetness and a wonderful finish. I love the class of this, and the length. Has afterburners. Best after 2010. JS 2002 96 Beautiful apple, vanilla and honey aromas, with just the right amount of new wood. Full-bodied, medium sweet, with lots of pretty pineapple, honey and new wood. Long and refined. A beautifully silky and balanced Sauternes. Lots of intensity and well-knit. Nothing comes close in this vintage. Best after 2009. (JS) 2001 100 The greatest young Yquem I have ever tasted from bottle. Yellow, with a golden hue and an almost green tint. Intense aromas of botrytis, spices and blanched almonds follow through to honey, maple syrup, dried apricot and pineapple. Full-bodied, sweet, thick and powerful, with layers of fruit and a bright, lively finish. Coats the palate yet remains exciting. So balanced and refined, showing the pedigree that only this Sauternes estate can deliver. Best after 2012. 10,000 cases made. (JS) 1994 87 A very good but not outstanding Yquem. Yellow-gold color. Intense aromas of petrol, spice and honey, with dried apricot. Full-bodied, very sweet, with a green apple and honey character; petrol character comes through on the finish. Better with age. Best after 2005. (JS) 1993 86 Rather weak for Yquem. Light gold color. Lemon tea, almond and honey character. Medium-bodied, medium sweet, with some spicy flavors and an herbal, sorbetlike finish. Drink now. (JS) 1991 88 Lacks a bit of elegance for Yquem. Light gold in color, with honey, marmalade, dried apricot and vanilla aromas and flavors. Full-bodied, rather fat really, with an oily texture. Medium-sweet, with a burnt almond and molasses finish. A bit rustic. This might improve with age, but why wait? Drink now. (JS) 1990 97 Showing great class and depth, it's destined to be a classic. Full-bodied, compacted and rich, with intense aromas of vanilla, honey, and pears, loads of fruit flavors and a long, honeyed finish. Hard not to drink it now, but better with cellaring. Best after 2000. 18,750 cases made. 1989 97 A majestic Yquem, exhibiting solid backbone and masses of toasted coconut, honey, spice and dried apricot character. Sweet but not very thick, with a long aftertaste. The new oak dominates now; try after 1999. 12,500 cases made. 1988 96 Smooth, spicy and generous, with a silky texture. Harmonious vanilla, peach, apricot, spice and honey aromas and flavors. Keeps pouring out the flavors on the long finish; brilliantly complex and generous. Should be a great one around 2010.--Yquem vertical. (HS)
