只有看報紙寫了3050-,,年底3050買了到再來說

這瓶記得限量九萬瓶，昇恒昌那瓶限量二萬四千瓶。昇恒昌和這瓶都是無年份的酒，昇恒昌那瓶雖說現在有人說難喝但非經冷凝過濾酒質有進化的可能，如同現年白金龍雖說辣口但幾年後會陳化只是不知人老的快還是酒陳化的快，這瓶酒我想應該跟大部份的威士忌一樣經過冷凝過濾那麼就如同金酒的三節酒無陳化的可能好喝與否就一翻兩瞪眼

總結: 如果以原來的售價，這一款 Classic Cut 應該可以輕易作為一款優秀的入門版 Macallan。但是以現在的價錢，我還是喝 12 年紫鑽吧。

“Classic Cut 2017” - the latest addition in the Macallan series, which is positioned to replace the “Cask Strength” version which was not available in the market long time back. As a limited edition of outran around 90,000 bottles, it was launched primarily to US duty-free shops at 90 USD. It is now also available in Taiwan with suggested retail price at 3,050 TWD. However, in second hand market, it is now traded in the range of 6,500 - 7,100 TWD.
What is it so special that the price doubled in just a few days upon arrival.

麥卡倫最新引入的 Classic Cut 2017, 市場定位，是希望代替己經停產多年的 Cask Strength。 主要在美國的免稅品店發售，限量發行約 9 萬支，售價為 90 美刀；並有少量引入台灣，建議售價為 3,050 台幣, 但是最新二手市場造價，己經跳升到 6,500 - 7,100 台幣。
究竟這支酒有什麼能耐，在到步的短短幾日之內， 價錢跳升一倍有多?
Let's pour a dram
Color: Natural light brown. Although it is not as dark as preferred by most asians, it is obviously coming from an european sherry cask.
Nose: Very typical “Macallan”, the fruity sherry smell that is not very commonly found among the newbies like edition one, two and three and even M18 2016 edition. Since it is lacking the power of a cash strength version, when you close your eyes or not looking at the label, it gives you some old Macallan style.
Mouth (neat): European Sherry cask style with dried fruits, preserved grapes and dark chocolate. Overall is very smooth, even though there is ‘tongue bite’, which is very common for a young whisky. Ironically, it is lacking the ‘strength’ of a supposed CS .
Finish: Long and lingering with no surprise
Conclusion: It could easily be an outstanding entrance level whisky at its original retail price. But given the 2nd hand price, I would prefer a 12 years Gran Reserva.

顏色: 天然的淺棕色。雖然還未達到亞洲人喜歡的黑瀂瀂，但很明顯是歐洲橡木的雪莉桶。
香氣： 非常典型的麥卡倫香味，在新的品頂中，久違了的香味! Edition 1, 2, 3 沒有，連 2016 M 18, 也還差一點點。 一方面缺乏了一般原酒的奔放， 叧一方面，如果閉上眼睛，不看酒標，還有一點老麥卡倫的味道。
口感: 歐洲雪梨桶的特色，乾果、蜜餞葡萄、黑巧克力。雖然有點低年份酒常有的 "咬舌”, 整體上是順滑的。偏偏它欠缺的，就是它需要取代的 CS 的力度!
餘韻: 細長，沒有甚麽驚喜，也沒有失望。
總結: 如果以原來的售價，這一款 Classic Cut 應該可以輕易作為一款優秀的入門版 Macallan。但是以現在的價錢，我還是喝 12 年紫鑽吧。
