Macallan 10yo 58.8% CS, bottled in about year 2000. Shared bottle by P9 cp0555(學生證) and thanks.

Color: Amber, very oily.

Aroma: Heavy sherry, dry longan, raisin, grass, malt, nut,  sweet orange, some pepper, and a little gunpowder. 

Palate: Sherry, tangerine peel, black chocolate, toffee, malt, honey,  and some smoke. 

Finish: Medium, tangerine, chocolate, and sherry. 

Balance and Conclusion: Thanks cp0555(學生證) for his shares. This is a 10 years young Macallan CS bottled in about year 2000, and have been pursued for over NT $4,000 in these months. Good balance, and strong sherry influenced. Maybe the maturity in the bottle for about 10 years makes me not sense the high alcohol. Perhaps I should buy some new version of 10yo CS while their price are still reasonable.

Color: 琥珀色，頗油。

Aroma: 重雪莉，龍眼乾，葡萄乾，青草香，麥香，堅果，甜橙，帶些胡椒味以及些許火藥味。

Palate: 雪莉，橘皮微苦，黑巧克力，太妃糖，麥甜，蜜甜，些許煙燻。

Finish: 中等，柑橘，巧克力，雪莉。

謝謝學生證大哥兩個星期前的分享瓶。先開這瓶10年的Macallan原酒來喝。學生證大哥開的是最近很熱門，價格也炒到四千塊上下的早期版本(約2000年時的版本)。有著不錯平衡的雪莉酒款，十年的酒陳也許讓高酒精感消失了。也許得趁目前十年原酒還買得到，而且價格也還算合理時買一些來放個幾年慢慢喝。  (有聽說目前新的原酒款已不標明10年，還是說去買些格蘭花格比較實在？)
