I bought two bottle of Rollercoaster at Ardbeg shop, but I got message from my country's post office that ask me to offer "Certificate of age and origin for Rollercoaster and Receipt". How can I get that?我這樣寫對嗎還是mail adress不對了

建議回覆Ardbeg昨天寫給你的mail, 在重發一次 可以說明你已經寫過 (請用我給的distillery email)
Dear Ardbeg Distillery:
I wrote to Ms. Janey ([email protected]) on xxx (日期) requesting for a Certificate to clear customs in Taiwan. I have not received any reply or notice from your Distillery.
I am resending my request in case you did not receive the previous email,
please send the Certificate to: xxx (你上網登陸的name), + Address
這樣就可以

Please take this to the Post Office to pick up your order.
