Aberlour a'bunadh batch#20, 2007, 60.5%, OB. Shared bottle from P9 cp0555(學生證) and thanks.

Color: Ambor, medium oily.

Aroma: Sherry, raisin, toffee, alcoholic, cream, chocolate, and little tangerine peel.

Palate: Sherry, taffee, raisin, dry longan, ginger, black pepper, tangerine peel, and a little gunpowder.

Finish: Medium, dark chocolate, sherry, and tangerine.

Balance and Conclusion: Thanks cp0555(學生證) for his generous shares. This is the 3rd free shared bottle from him. The previous two are Macallan 10yo 58.8% CS OB and Yoichi 12yo 45% OB. There is still an old Glenfarclas (1965/2006 Blairfindy 40yo 51.7%) waited to be tasted. Compared to Macallan 10yo 58.8% CS OB, I prefer Macallan for its less alcoholic interference. However, the Aberlour a'bunadh batch#20 is a classic for its full sherry power.

Color:

Finish:
