Yoichi 余市 12yo, 45%, OB. Shared bottle from P9 cp0555(學生證) and thanks.
Color: Rice gold, light oily.
Aroma: Sherry, grass, sweet malt, a little peat, and hot cocoa.
Palate: Sherry, honey, toffee, lemon, and peppery.
Finish: Short to medium, sweet malt, grass and peppery.
Balance and Conclusion: An easy, smooth daily dram, but less powerful. Thanks to 學生證大哥 for his generous sharing.
