第一款： Larmes des F'ees 天使之淚 2009（圖一，二）
來自法國隆河河谷旁 Saint Chinian 地區（AOC）的Château Cazal Viel 莊園，為該莊園最頂級的一款珍藏！ 該酒款全部100%由Syrah希哈葡萄品種製作而成；而且，最特別的是用『夜間採收、手工裝瓶、不過濾』等方式來生產；在法國橡木桶中陳年超過18個月後裝瓶，並儲藏在地窖12個月後才上市發售。

★ Robert Parker = 92 Points: 
This wine displays a deep purple robe with intense red highlights.
The bouquet is complex and intense with toasted notes, finishing on hints of vanilla, fresh almonds and dried fruit aromas. There is a superb harmony between the wood and the fruit notes. On the palate, the body is unctuous with superb concentration and silky tannins. A beautifully balanced wine with a long finish.
