反璞歸真的釀酒宗旨

這是海維克酒莊莊主Gernot Heinrich 自1990 年代接管家族酒莊以來堅信的宗旨。海外歸國的Gernot 帶回了創新，結合了奧地利當地葡萄品種及家族一直以來反璞歸真、低干涉的釀酒風格，塑造出貼近風土，也最能表現出當地各種原生品種特色的美酒，其中以原生品種Blaufränkisch 藍佛朗克酒款最受歡迎。
 
Gernot 針對各原生品種細緻，同時低干涉的處理方式，讓眾人體會到奧地利原生品種真正的潛力，也讓國際間注意到布爾根這個奧地利東南部的湖畔小村莊。海維克酒莊也成為Decanter 榜上各獎項的常客。
